QUESTIONS ABOUT IDERMA

Is the iDerma Youth Restoring Masque safe to use?

·         Yes, iDerma is safe when used as directed (see Instructions for Use). LLLT as used in the iDerma has been used safely in numerous applications for many years.

Who can use the iDerma Youth Restoring Masque?

The iDerma Youth Restoring Masque is intended for men and women over the age of 18 with any skin tone.

How often should I use the iDerma Youth Restoring Masque?

·         iDerma is designed to be used every other day for 12 weeks.

·         After 12 weeks, you may choose to continue using iDerma, 1 to 2 times a week, to maintain or enhance results.

·         Some people prefer to use iDerma every day and it is safe to use every day if you like the relaxing benefits of your treatments. However, daily use of the iDerma versus every other day does not necessarily yield greater results.

How long are the iDerma treatments?

Each iDerma session lasts 8 minutes. Most iDerma users find the sessions to be relaxing and a welcomed break in their daily routine.

When will I start seeing results?

Results vary by person, but generally, when using iDerma as instructed:

·         You should first start to notice smoother skin within 4-8 weeks.

·         Best results typically occur following 12 weeks, but many iDerma users notice fresher, more hydrated and vibrant looking skin within the first 4-8 weeks of use.  .

Are iDerma results permanent or will I have to keep using it after I’ve completed the 12-week period?

Though all skin treatments require ongoing use to maintain benefits, fortunately “maintenance” is easier than “repair”.  After the initial 12-week period, many users have found they are able to maintain results with less frequent use of their iDerma so they reduce their usage to 1 to 2 times a week.

Can I use the iDerma with my current skincare products?

·         Yes, we recommend that you make the iDerma an integral part of your skincare regimen. Most anti-aging serums and moisturizers complement the iDerma results and can even be applied prior to using the products.

·         However, products that can cause dryness or skin irritation such as benzoyl peroxide, Retin A, retinol, glycolic or salicylic acid, or alcohol should be applied after your iDerma treatments.

·         If your skin feels more dry than usual after an iDerma treatment, we recommend you increase the use of a moisturizer to keep your skin well hydrated.

·         In addition, daily use of a broad-spectrum sunscreen to protect your skin from sun damage is also recommended.

Does the iDerma Youth Restoring Masque hurt?

·         No, iDerma uses Low Level Light and you should not feel any discomfort during treatments.  Infrared LED’s do produce a small amount of heat, but most users find it comfortable.

Are there any side effects with use of the iDerma?

·         iDerma is safe and has no significant side effects.

·         Low Level Light Therapy, as used in the iDerma, has been designated NSR (Non-Significant Risk) by most of the worldwide regulatory bodies.

·         If you experience skin dryness while using iDerma, we recommend you increase your usage of a moisturizer as it is important to keep skin well hydrated.

IDERMA VS OTHER LLLT PRODUCTS

How does iDerma compare to other LED devices?

Low Level Light Therapy (or “LLLT”) is not a new technology and there are several home-use products on the market today, of varying quality and price. Factors that set iDerma apart are:

·         Derma-Pulse Technology™: Research shows red and infrared light have the broadest application for anti-aging treatments. Visible red light is excellent for addressing the issues on the surface of the skin, while Infrared works deeper penetration below the surface. iDerma combines both to provide a powerful boost to your skin’s natural regeneration process. Many hand held LLLT products between 15 and 30 LED’s, while iDerma’s uses a combination of 128 red and infrared lights for maximum results with minimal time & effort.

·         Coverage: With iDerma, you don’t have to wonder if you missed a spot or there’s an area not getting treated. Its 128 diodes provide full coverage to the entire face, including those problem areas around the eyes, mouth and cheek/jawline to leave your whole face looking smoother, more youthful and refreshed.

·         Convenience: Success with LLLT relies heavily on consistency and compliance. Unfortunately, office treatments can be costly and inconvenient while handheld devices are often underpowered or simply too tedious, cumbersome and time-consuming to use consistently. Consequently, like diets and exercise, many people simply give up long before the best results have a chance to show. iDerma eliminates these obstacles to success by bathing the entire face AT THE SAME TIME with gentle, therapeutic red and infrared light. All it takes is 8 minute sessions, every other day in the comfort and privacy of your home.

·         Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee: Regardless what you choose, malfunctions happen so make sure your investment is protected by a legitimate manufacturer’s warranty. At Apira Science, we raise the bar higher: not only is iDerma covered against malfunction for a full year, we provide a 60-day money back guarantee to let you see how effective it can be for your specific situation. Use it as directed for a full 60 days and, if you’re not satisfied it’s working for you, call us to arrange a return and refund.
